Removing a shield is achieved by launching a successful "Conquer" attack against the territory. I've listed a few bullets below which is my current understanding:
- Conquering a city-plot territory is achieved by removing the three defender shields, and will occur immediately on removal of the final shield.
- Removing a shield is achieved by launching a successful "Conquer" attack against the territory.
- During Conquer attacks, the defending team receives their full 'Defender Bonus', which is an across-the-board buff to all stats equal to the bonus number, and this caps at 40 (i.e. 40 = 40% more health, defence, damage etc).
- The Defender Bonus can be reduced by launching 'Raid' attacks against the territory; a successful raid will remove 15 points from the bonus, while an unsuccessful raid removes only 5.
- Defender Bonus regenerates at a rate of 5 points per day (so in effect, an unsuccessful raid will have no effect, while a successful raid will remove a net of 10 points, assuming no other plays).
- The Defender Bonus is also reduced by 10 for each attack the Defender launches from inside that territory.
- During Raid attacks, the defending team receives 50% of their Defender Bonus.
During Conquer attacks, the defending team receives their full "Defender Bonus", which is an across-the-board buff to all stats equal to the bonus number, and this caps at 40 (i.e. 40 = 40% more health, defence, damage etc). I am particularly interested in the parts highlighted with bold, as I've not been able to confirm that the Defender Bonus is halved during Raid attacks - is this the case? Is it still the case in Cador?
